The following terms and conditions shall apply to all Horseplay Tournament Promotions (individually or collectively, the “Tournament” or the “Promotion”) being offered by Horseplay ("Horseplay").

1.         Duration of Tournament. The scheduled beginning and ending of each Tournament will be displayed on the respective Tournament promotion card viewable on the Tournament page on horseplay.com (for each, the “Tournament Period”).

2.         Eligibility. The following terms apply to each Tournament:

(a)        An account holder must opt in to join each Tournament by tapping the Join button on the Tournament card displayed on Horseplay.com or in the Horseplay iOS app. (“Qualified Players”) will be eligible to receive a Bonus (as defined below). Any player who does not opt in and join a specific Tournament will not be a Qualified Player for that Tournament.

(b)        Each Tournament will consist of game play in one or more to-be-determined Horseplay games that will be announced on the Tournaments page on horseplay.com or in the Horseplay iOS app prior to the commencement of the Promotion (individually or collectively, the “Tournament Game”).

3.         Scoring.

(a)        Qualified Players that play credits in the Tournament Game during the Tournament Period will be scored as follows: the cash winnings revealed by playing credits in the Tournament Game during the Tournament Period will be totaled and that total will determine each Qualified Player’s score (the “Score”). Players will receive 1 point for every cent ($0.01) of cash winnings revealed by playing credits in the Tournament Game during the Tournament Period By way of example, if a Qualified Player plays credits and reveals two hundred fifty dollars ($250) in cash winnings in the Tournament Game during the Tournament Period, his/her Score will be twenty-five thousand (25,000). If the Qualified Player plays credits and reveals three hundred sixty dollars ($360) in cash winnings in the Tournament Game during the Tournament Period, his/her Score would be thirty-six thousand (36,000). The Qualified Players with the highest Scores will win a bonus (the “Bonus”) as displayed on the specific Tournament card viewable on horseplay.com or the Horseplay iOS app. The Bonus is subject to the Wagering Requirement as set forth below.

(b) Each players’ Score at the end of the Tournament Period will determine his/her position on the leaderboard. Each Tournament card, viewable on horseplay.com or the Horseplay iOS app, will display the prizes attached, if any, to each position on the leaderboard for each individual Tournament. If the Tournament card does not describe a prize matching a specific spot on the final leaderboard, then no prize will be awarded.

(c)        In the unlikely event of an exact tie in the Score between two or more Qualified Players, the player who achieved the Score first during the Tournament Period will maintain the higher position on the leaderboard and any matching prize, as described on the Tournament card.

(d)        Horseplay will credit the Bonus to the Player’s account promptly after all Tournament Game scores are validated, which may take up to four (4) business days after the end of the Tournament Period. If a Qualified Player plays credits during the Tournament Period that derive from a deposit returned for insufficient funds or reversed for any other reason, Horseplay will cancel any Bonus credited to that Qualified Player’s account. Any determination made by Horseplay regarding each Qualified Player’s Score is final.

(e) From time to time, Horseplay may perform routine maintenance, system updates, or other technical operations that may temporarily impact the display of leaderboards or the accrual of points. During such periods, points may not update in real time and leaderboards may be unavailable. These temporary interruptions shall not affect the accuracy of any Qualified Player’s final Score or the determination of any Bonus once the maintenance or updates are complete.

4.         Wagering Requirement. After the Bonus has been credited to a Qualified Player’s Horseplay account, he/she is required to place wagers equivalent to the amount of the Bonus (the “Wagering Requirement”) before withdrawing the Bonus and any resulting winnings from his/her account. If he/she has not fulfilled the Wagering Requirement within ninety (90) days following the date on which the Bonus was credited to the Qualified Player’s account, he/she will forfeit the Bonus and any winnings derived from the Bonus.

(a)        For any wager placed toward the Wagering Requirement, funds are first deducted from the Player’s account in the following order: (i) winnings balance (if any); then (ii) cash balance (if any); and finally (iii) bonus balance (from the Bonus or any other promotional credit).

(b)        If a Player wishes to initiate a withdrawal prior to meeting the Wagering Requirement, the Player must contact Player Services by e-mail or telephone. In such event, the Player will be entitled to withdraw only his/her winnings not derived from the Bonus and/or any cash balance, and the Player shall have no right to withdraw either the remaining balance of the Bonus or any winnings derived from the Bonus, and both the Bonus and any resulting winnings will be forfeited. Of course, once the Wagering Requirement has been satisfied, the Player may withdraw any and all amounts in his/her account (subject to any other limitations as set forth in the Horseplay terms & conditions or the terms & conditions applicable to any other promotions). 

5.         Disputes. Horseplay reserves the right to interpret all questions and conditions in regard to the Tournament, and its decisions shall be final.

6.         General Terms. The Horseplay Terms of Use posted on www.horseplay.com (the “Terms of Use”) govern this Promotion and your use of the Horseplay Service (as defined in Section 1 of the Terms of Use). Horseplay may disqualify any person from this Promotion in the event that the person: (i) violates the Terms of Use; (ii) engages in fraudulent or deceptive behavior; and/or (iii) attempts to defeat or circumvent any of the promotional rules or restrictions. Horseplay may suspend, discontinue or modify the Promotion at any time for any reason. The following persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion: (i) any employee of b spot; (ii) any person prohibited from opening an account or wagering with Horseplay pursuant to the Terms of Use or applicable law; and/or (iii) any person on Horseplay’s self-exclusion list.
